Restoration of Internet services on the MTN network

We appreciate your patience during the recent disruption of Internet services due to the subsea optic fiber cable breakdown on March 14, 2024. 2024.

We're glad to announce that the internet connection on MTN has been restored and stabilized for a few days now, thanks to new capacities from our partners, both local and international.

You can now enjoy the usual speed and stability of the internet on MTN, including improved service on platforms like MyMTN, MoMo App, and Ayoba, which may have been affected.

Dial *157# or *123*10# to continue to subscribe to your favorite data bundles.

Please also note that customers whose bundles expired during the period of complete service outage will be communicated to between 25th and 31st, 2024 March 2024, on how they can access their unused volume.
